Directions

From Taunton and J25 of the M5, take the A358 Ilminster Road and turn left, opposite the Park & Ride, signposted Ruishton. Proceed through the village and turn left at the T-junction towards Creech St Michael. Take the next right hand turn signposted Ham, continue for about a mile then turn left to follow the lane into Ham where the property will be found on the left hand side on the far side of the village.
