From Junction 25 of the M5 Motorway at Taunton, follow the A358 Ilminster Road for about a mile, over the top of the dual carriageway and down the hill, turning left at the bottom to Hatch Beauchamp. On entering the village turn left beside the Hatch Inn, signposted Curry Mallet and Beercrocombe. Continue for about another mile then turn right into Beercrocombe where the bungalow will be found on the left hand side, identified by our For Sale board.
